Major Projects Undertaken

• Hartlepool Marina (Balfour Beatty)
12,000 square metres of masonry harbour wall refurbished. Work included H.P jetting, pressure pointing & grouting.

• Sunderland North Harbour (Mowlem)
Installation of Embankment protection mattresses along the harbour. Work included the underwater cutting & removal of a sheet piled dolphin structure.

• Marske Long sea Outfall (Northumbrian Water)
All diver involvement in the construction and commissioning of the 1 .8 kilometer long-sea outfalll.

• No. 1 Dry Dock (Smiths Dock)
Diving works associated with the removal and replacement of No. 1 Dry Dock Gates.

• Tailings Outfall & Intake Structures (Cleveland Potash Ltd)
Various works including major airlifting operations to expose buried outfall diffusers, replacement of diffuser nozzle assemblies, casting of 2 No. concrete scour protection aprons around the intake structures.

• Hartlepool, Middleton Pier (Amec)
Diving works associated with the removal and replacement of the pier end roundhead. Work involved the erection of shutters and reinforcing, and the monitoring of large concrete pours.

• Middlehaven (Harland & Wolffe)
Diving works associated with the removal and replacement of the Outer Lock Gates.

• FPSO Vessel ‘Northern Producer’ (SLP Odebrecht)
Work involved Spider & Turret Installation.

• Tilcon Wharf (Mowlem)
Concrete Encasement of Jetty Piles ( in situ steel shutters were manufactured at S.A.D.S workshop).

• FPSO Vessel ‘Glas Dowr’ (Bluewater)
Spider chain installation. Thruster installation.

• Barrow Offshore Wind Farm ( Marine Projects International)
Full dive support during the construction and commissioning of the wind farm. Work included installation of Wind Generators, J.Tube / Anode Necklaces, Cable Laying, Cable Protection.

• Huntsman North Tees
Underground entry and inspection of brine-field reservoir pipes.
